These thoughts do not mean anything. They are just like all the things I see in this room, out this window, on this street. This has been the hardest exercise thus far. All day today at various times throughout the day I was saying this thought about (Whatever) but in my case was my grammar school reuion, does not mean anything.Very Very Very Very Difficult to do I do have anxiety about this reunion. I do have thoughts that I way in on. The answer to this came from the heavens.
